Toyota's OneTech organization is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Consultant within the OneTech Manufacturing Site Services department.

The primary responsibility of this role is to be a central point of contact for all OneTech activity, including infrastructure upgrades, local and enterprise application rollout support, cybersecurity enhancement activities, and partnering with production engineering and multiple groups for manufacturing plant expansions. This technical position requires a general knowledge of Microsoft server architecture, Cisco network architecture, scrum/agile application development, IoT technologies, Active Directory, implementation of Firewall rules for added security of manufacturing plant floor devices and applications and understanding of Cybersecurity initiatives and an understanding of Infrastructure Operations Services.
Reporting to the Manager, TMMMO/TMMTN Site Services, the person in this role will support the TMMMO Site Services department's objective to continuously improve daily process through customer focus, problem solving, and Plan-Do-Check-Act and to provide and deliver high quality information technology services to TMMMO business customers. This person will also support OneTech and TMMMO site Hoshins to ensure alignment with vision.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of relevant functional work experience
- Experience in operational or project management using agile methodology
- Experience managing small-medium scale ($500K- $2M) IS projects (medium-size teams of 4 -10 members)
- Experience creating and presenting concepts to make recommendations to management
- Experience communicating to influence and persuade others
- Experience working in an environment requiring the management of multiple priorities simultaneously
Added Bonus If You Have
- Detailed knowledge and experience with technologies and methodologies within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience implementing systems using any of the Agile methodologies and tools
- Experience working in the Toyota environment
- Experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment
