Toyota's Technical Training Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Collison Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, coordinate, and manage collision technical training classes for collision center managers, estimators, and technicians.

Reporting to the Strategic Planning and Collision Technical Training Manager, the person in this role will support the Service Support's objective to delivering excellent ownership experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage training schedules by working with internal/external stakeholders
  • Create collision training KPI summary report to track plan vs actual and understand trends for Hoshin tracking
  • Analyze collision training KPI to recognize trends which result in adjusting training schedule per field needs per region and developing an annual training plan to increase the efficiency of training capacity utilization
  • Improve training registration process to reduce manhours and increase the efficiency of training capacity utilization by working with stakeholders
  • Support training needs for the four training centers including parts/tools/goods orders, facilities, class preparations, billing, and
  • Support events and internal/external meetings including scheduling, travel arrangements, and catering orders.
  • Manage and support new and other collision-related projects

What You Bring

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in analyzing data and adjusting strategies
  • Project management skills with the ability to work with tight time schedules
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal/ external stakeholders
  • This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position
