There are a variety of responsibilities for each Engineer - including representing production during equipment buy-off and problem-solving engineering-related production issues.

  • Engineers will proactively identify and solve problems by spending time with people and equipment on the production floor.
  • Each Battery Production Engineer is expected to have a strong focus on process and equipment changepoint management and lead innovative engineering activities.
  • A key responsibility includes establishing and managing budget planning and successful project execution.
  • After starting production, each Battery Production Engineer will meet engineering-related KPIs by driving action through proactive problem-solving, visualizing group conditions, and providing measurable & continual improvement.

What you bring

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, and/or project management team experience.
  • Experience with battery: cell, module, or similar experience in a highly automated production environment.
  • Experience with new project launch in a quality, product, or design-related role; major model change or new model/product launch.
