Who we're looking for:

Toyota's San Francisco Region is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Administrator for the Vehicle Marketing department. Reporting to the Vehicle Marketing Manager, the person in this role will support the Marketing department's objectives including: maintain best-in-town competitive incentives in the Northern California market, create and manage exciting marketing events in the Northern California market, provide dealerships motivational contests and enticing payout incentives, offer swift incentive reconciliation, and provide Delight with best-in-town customer experience and a positive attitude.

What you'll do:

  • Assist with the administration of various department programs.
  • Assist with tasks associated with various grassroots and marketing partnerships.
  • Address dealer inquiries regarding incentive reconciliation.
  • Track and communicate contest updates.
  • Work directly with Toyota's incentive administration group to address region and dealer inquiries.
  • Assist with monthly incentive budget reconciliation.
  • Train office managers on incentive administration.
  • Process payments for region incentive programs.
  • Assist in creation and review of incentive forms and communications.
  • Assist with coordination of auto shows.
  • Monitor department's adherence to Toyota and SOX policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile P-Card Transactions.

What you bring:

  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • Strong Microsoft skills within but not limited to: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task on a variety of projects
  • Strong knowledge of supporting departments and organizations with operations policies and procedures
  • Ability or experience with event planning (coordinating meetings, setting up luncheons, managing RSVPs, planning parties, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Automotive experience at either the corporate, regional, or dealer level
  • Tableau Experience

The annual base salary range for this position is $63,400.00 - $103,000.00.
