This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You are a highly organized email marketing expert with a knack for managing ecommerce email programs. Your deep understanding of email best practices is complemented by your analytical mindset, always backing your decisions with data. As a proactive self-starter, you thrive in collaboration with different teams, skillfully managing timelines across concurrent campaigns and calendars. You're a natural leader, creating a supportive environment for your team, and you adapt well to the fast-paced and ever-changing fashion industry. Lastly but importantly: A sense of humor is definitely a plus!

A Day in the Life:

This role focuses on North America email marketing, with a primary focus on broadcast marketing emails. You'll be responsible for the successful strategic planning, management, and reporting of marketing emails, aligning calendars with stakeholders, and keeping us at the forefront of email trends and new capabilities within our ESP. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of people who share your passion for excellence.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Email Strategy & Planning: Develop a data-driven email roadmap based on performance trends, test learnings, key business launches, and our planned revenue forecast.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our email strategy aligns with business objectives and timelines.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze and share key email learnings weekly, presenting insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to shape strategy and foster a customer-centric mindset across the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team focused on subscriber experience, audience strategy, and email operations, ensuring that all broadcast emails are thoroughly QA'd and approved before deployment.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and learnings to identify new marketing opportunities.

To Land This Role:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in email marketing and CRM
  • An understanding of, and interest in, the fashion/luxury industry; experience working for fashion companies or clients is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset, capable of analyzing KPIs and test results to determine effective strategies
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, with a team-oriented approach and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners to achieve team goals
  • Experience in leading a team, with the ability to guide and inspire your direct reports
  • An email marketing expert and strategic self-starter who can both develop and execute strategy
  • High degree of proficiency with ESPs

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 125,000.00 USD - 150,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
