A Day in the Life:

As a Senior Associate, Materials Development at Tory Burch, you will play a key role in supporting the Raw Materials team through essential administrative tasks. No two days are the same-you might be maintaining and organizing the leather library, updating the PLM system with color specifications, reviewing material testing reports, tracking lab dips for seasonal color palettes, or collaborating with the Hong Kong materials team. What remains constant is the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team of cross-functional partners, driving innovation and excellence in material development. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to lead efficiently within a dynamic environment.

To Land This Role:

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA/BFA) or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the leather production process, finishes, and tanning techniques
• 3+ years of experience in leather sourcing and development
• Exceptional project management abilities, with a strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent collaboration, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with PLM is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-channel environment
• Meticulous attention to detail

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 80,000.00 USD - 90,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
