• Develop and execute PR strategies and campaigns that align with global brand initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage influencer collaborations, from identifying talent to monitoring performance metrics.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, creating reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support event planning and execution, including seasonal campaigns, popup opening event and press previews.
• Pitch exclusive stories or collaborations to top-tier media outlets to drive brand visibility.
• Manage vendor relationships, including PR agencies, photographers, and event planners.
• Track competitor activities and industry trends to inform and refine PR strategies.
• Support organizing media luncheons, influencer gatherings, and other brand events to strengthen relationships.
• Prepare for magazine tie-up by collaborating with the merchandising team and any internal relevant stakeholders to confirm key products and timing, creating briefing materials, and supporting photoshoots.
• Manage sample logistics, including creating sample lists, coordinating shipments to agencies, and tracking returns.
• Manage sample sales logistics with communicating relevant internal/external stakeholders
• Assist in creating reports for submission to headquarters or external stakeholders, as needed.
