• Develop sales and profitability, manage Travel Retail partners
• Formulate Travel Retail specific strategies via partnering with Retail Design, Visual Merchandizing, Training & Finance team
• Refine and optimize processes, internal and external partnerships towards industry best-practice for Travel Retail
• Partner with marketing team to provide insight and support localized marketing programs

• Organize and plan for account needs to help influence market
• Prepare account specific ad hoc analyses and supporting documents
• Manage timelines and communication between NY office and travel retail partners

• Pricing data management & optimize price strategy by market
• Sales data analysis and provide business insight, regularly review KPI & deliverables, and other ad-hoc analysis as needed

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience, including 4-6 years in a management position, in the luxury/fashion/travel retail sector
• Possesses account management experience
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Proactive, presentable, self-motivated, team player and problem solver
• Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Excellent data analysis skills and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent command in English & Chinese, knowledge of other Asia languages is a plus
