You are a data-driven, strategic thinker interested in advising marketing and digital global business leaders. You're looking to collaborate cross-functionally to identify and accelerate growth initiatives spanning global brand marketing, eCommerce, CRM & loyalty, digital innovation, and more. You're also resourceful, collaborative and can partner with key stakeholders to meet milestones. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. One day you might be modeling out P&L implications of new marketing investment strategies (e.g., SMS marketing), the next you might be diving into competitive best practices related to Generative AI and their application to marketing and digital. You may be partnering with CRM to think through our customer segmentation framework, or supporting the CMO/CDO on a board presentation related to our North America marketing strategies. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.

To Land This Role:

• Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience required; MBA degree and/or 2+ years in top tier management consulting firm preferred
• Experience with strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management
• Expert verbal and written skills, with fluency in Excel and Powerpoint, as well as experience presenting to executives
• Hypothesis-driven mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
• Willingness to take initiative, work autonomously, and tackle complex situations
• Ability to develop and manage cross-functional relationships across a global team at all levels in the organization
• Interest in fashion and luxury e-Commerce, prior experience in fashion a plus

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 120,000.00 USD - 135,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
