This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You have an entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in fashion, culture and current trends. You're resourceful and have the ability to prioritize and anticipate business needs and requests. You are a leader with a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational, written, and communication skills, and the ability to work well with partners.

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You will be responsible for driving and understanding sales goals by category and partner focused on full-price selling. You will accountable for training and motivating the store teams, building relationships, conducting seasonal product knowledge seminars and participating in in-store events. Communication is key - sharing best/worst sellers, product feedback, inventory and assortment opportunities and competitive performance and feedback to our Corporate Teams. You'll will need to work independently while being part of a Wholesale Field Team leveraging best practices and sharing successes and challenges. You'll maintain a strong visual presentation in key locations across all Wholesale stores in your market through implementation of seasonal brand directives and ensuring product is presented with integrity both on the sales floor and in the stockrooms.

To Land This Role:

- 4+ years of relevant retail or corporate experience in visual, retail merchandising or brand training is preferred.

- The ability to communicate and collaborate well, and demonstrate the Tory Burch brand initiatives and core values are essential.

- Must have experience in Women's Handbags, Footwear & or Wholesale.

- This role will require 60% travel across the West Coast: Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, San Diego, San Francisco and Scottsdale, requiring a valid driver's license and mode of transportation.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 73,000.00 USD - 105,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
