JOB SUMMARY
This role offers the unique opportunity to lead Tory Burch's global brand protection program from our Amsterdam, Netherlands office. Reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel, IP, based in New York, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of our brand on a global scale. This role is an individual contributor.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your day starts with strategizing and overseeing a global brand protection program, ensuring it aligns with Tory Burch's business growth and goals. You act as the go-to expert, providing guidance and training to internal teams, and collaborating with local authorities, law firms, online platforms, and trade associations on brand protection matters.

You manage the online brand protection efforts, monitoring activity, analyzing data, coordinating takedowns, and liaising with service providers and platforms to track progress. Simultaneously, you oversee a network of investigators and law firms to combat counterfeits in the marketplace, from authorizing raid actions to negotiating settlements and tracking outcomes.
Customs enforcement is another focus, where you implement global customs programs, maintain close relationships with customs officials, review seizures, and provide training. You analyze enforcement data, identify trends, and adjust strategies while staying informed about legal developments and collaborating with industry partners.
Throughout the day, you maintain and analyze detailed tracking systems and databases, preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Budget management rounds out your responsibilities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for brand protection initiatives.
To Land This Role:
- 8+ years' experience focused on brand protection and enforcement.
- Fashion industry, product knowledge and in-house experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and critical thinking, excellent writing skills, great attention to technical and administrative detail, self-motivated, ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work and engage with individuals at all levels of global company.
