Job Overview:

TMA is seeking an agency experienced and creative Project Manager in our Dallas office (hybrid), working with the Army National Guard. Candidates should have strong knowledge and understanding of what it takes to plan and execute various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader that will manage expectations, coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure projects are completed and delivered on time and budget. Most importantly, the Project Manager must be flexible and can create and adapt plans, schedules and project activities on the fly – all while keeping calm and collected.

  • Defines project schedule and estimate with input from Practice leads
  • Organizes and sets clear expectations regarding process, tasks and deliverables
  • Manages the timely progression of the project
  • Prepares and maintains clear and accurate communication and project documentation, including project plan, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests, and resource requests and assignments
  • Gathers and organizes Client-related assets
  • Includes subject matter experts in relevant stages of the project
  • Enables knowledge-sharing and quality assurance throughout the project life-cycle
  • Responsible for financial management of project estimates and cost

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience required
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Project Management experience across a multitude of project types (Event execution, Standard digital and print execution, team management)
  • Works well with local and remote teams
  • Experience with digital and integrated campaigns experience
  • Experience with Project Management programs preferred (Workfront, Wrike, Hive)
  • Project Management certification is a plus
  • Metrics-Minded and Results Driven; Data is key. You are relentless growth hacker and optimizer. Will also create campaign recaps to highlight learning’s, successes, and improvement areas
