We create cultural resonance for brands. Creativity That Matters is work that shatters the stratosphere. That’s why our quest to discover what’s next is endless — because the only thing we’re afraid of is the status quo. We make culture our personal playground. We launch far past the expected. We chase curiosity, deep into the shadows. We will never be just another agency. And we’ve got the audacity to prove it.
We Are TMA.
Job Overview:
Are you addicted to design? Do you wish you could kern billboards? Do you watch movies for the cinematography? Do you align by x-height, correct people when they call a typeface a font, and rank your top five favorite ampersands? Do you dual-wield dual screens? Then you could be the person TMA is looking for.

You know your fonts from your frames. Your logos from your wordmarks. Your Davinci from your Dall-E. Pinterest follows your boards because you have so much inspo. You have the heart of an art director, the brain of a designer, and the courage of a CD on their 12th dirty martini at Cannes. Sure, you prefer to work in Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Slides, and MS Paint before PowerPoint…but you’ve got skills in all of them. The only thing stopping you from making work better are the deadlines. In fact, you’re looking at the words here and thinking, this could look a helluva lot better.
None of this means you aren’t a team player. Sometimes offense, sometimes defense, but never on the bench. You’re a mentee looking for a mentor. A padawan to their Jedi. You think. Do. Then redo. (And then redo again.) We could use words like unicorn, ninja, guru, rock star, or sommelier as a descriptor, but that would be cliché. We just want a bad-ass up-and-comer with an awesome personality like you.
