Our Operations team moderates millions of videos globally every day, ensuring we are bringing only safe content to our users.
The Workflow Analyst contributes to the vision of ensuring a safe platform by building and optimizing moderation business processes, monitoring performance through data-driven analysis. The role will also require seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to continuously look for areas to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of safety.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
What will I be doing?
- You will optimize resource allocation to support safety and efficiency requirements through strategic thinking, ensuring projects are optimally executed within the APAC region.
- You will monitor, improve daily and short term moderation performance through process optimization, efficiency tactics and data-driven analysis.
- You are responsible for optimizing internal business processes by collecting, analyzing and addressing problems during business implementation;
- You will contribute to market-level safety strategies, platform design, content moderation queue management to improve performance and efficiency in our content moderation business;
- You will promote the continuous and iterative development of strategy requirements through communication and cooperation with the relevant operation team, product management team and regional safety management team.

What should I bring with me?
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and above
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations role within a BPO / Social Media / Call center environment
- Proven experience in using data to analyze performance and using insights to drive performance
- Proven experience in regional/global stakeholder
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- You have great attention to detail
- Operations experience with Content Moderation / Safety would be an advantage
- A strong knowledge of the content safety challenges or cultural nuances in South East Asia, North East Asia, South Asia and/or Oceania will be a plus
