Team Introduction
The Product Solution and Operation team aims to expand the TikTok Ads Platform and its ad products. Collaborating with global product managers and product marketing managers, we strive to provide optimal advertising solutions to numerous advertising agencies and advertisers every day. This involves localizing products for the Japanese market and conducting inbound research.

Responsibilities
As a Vertical Product Marketing Manager, you'll be engaged in marketing strategies and operations aimed at expanding the TikTok Ads Platform and advertising products within the Japanese market. You'll be responsible for a wide array of projects, including internal and external consulting aimed at maximizing advertising campaign results.

- Define the go-to-market strategy for the platform sever-evolving ads products.
- Provide internal and external consulting aimed at maximizing the performance of advertising campaigns and solutions offered by the TikTok Ads Platform and ad products within a specific vertical.
- Manage end-to-end project management, which includes devising and implementing marketing strategies for advertising products within a particular vertical, as well as tracking and reporting on KPIs.
- Plan, execute, and report on inbound research aimed at operational excellence and quality improvement for specific advertising products.
- Establish collaborative structures relating to product marketing and operations with global members, primarily within the Asia region, and members of the product HQ.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Japanese sufficient for conducting business and liaising with Japanese market clientele
- 5+ years of practical experience at advertising agencies or marketing companies
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising and digital advertising platforms

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience at a major advertising agency or a digital-specific advertising agency, especially those with operational experience, is preferred
- Experience in digital marketing within a company, particularly those with experience managing advertising budgets, is preferred
- Extensive experience operating a variety of advertising platforms, and planning and implementing digital marketing strategies using tools such as Google Ads and Meta for Business
- Experience and knowledge in product marketing regardless of BtoC or BtoB, as well as knowledge in product development and management, and understanding of basic digital product engineering
- Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of ad technologies
