TikTok's Vertical Leads are responsible to drive commercial growth across the Netherlands by coaching, educating and leading an ambitious sales team. We're looking for a candidate with a proven track recod of leading advertising/media sales teams, a flexible mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to build cross functional bridges. Our advertising business is thriving, fueled by innovative, high-impact products that create native experiences for users, while fostering deep connections with brands, driving exponential growth for our company.

Lead a team of ambitious and highly skilled brand partnership managers and Client Solution Managers in the Netherlands
Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across advertisers and agencies

Analyze market and industry trends to create strategies that drive competitive advantage and sales opportunities for TikTok, while monitoring and reporting key metrics and business trends to senior leadership
Lead, grow, and train a diverse, high-performing team with an inclusive culture, fostering individual development through empathetic leadership while implementing a structure that maximizes sales productivity
Maintain a strong focus on performance-related sales metrics alongside sales forecasts. Ensure teams stay accountable for hitting revenue targets, meeting KPIs, and actively engaging in sales initiatives, all while positioning them as trusted digital advisors to external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Leadership experience with contagious passion for Sales.
- Digital advertising sales experience and extensive team management experience
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
- Exceptional people skills, negotiation and closing proficiency.
- Results-oriented profile with advanced development in strategic thinking, financial acumen, problem solving, decision taking, time management, adaptability.
- Business, marketing understanding and sales acumen. Drive and will to succeed.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
