Team Introduction

In Local Services, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative. At the same time, Local Services creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze content and data to identify creator growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase high-quality content output.
2. Design and implement incentive programs for PGC/UGC creators to encourage scalable, high-quality content creation and support community growth.
3. Leverage trending topics and data insights to identify content opportunities, establish monitoring systems, and deliver optimization reports for content operations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content models, monitor ecosystem health, and optimize recommendation and traffic strategies.
5. Evaluate content performance, refine recommendations, and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with minimally 5 years of experience in user product roles; experience in content strategy or content recommendation is a plus.
- Solid structured thinking, strong logical reasoning, and good data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL is a plus.
- Strong learning ability, proactive in identifying issues, and able to drive business iteration with a focus on long-term goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to handle pressure and solve complex problems effectively.
- Familiarity with and passion for content products is preferred.
