TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Job Description
1. Develop and implement paid user strategies, especially gift strategies to enhance consumption of different tiers of consumers, based on analysis of users' consumption behaviors and day-to-day
2. Plan online events from 0 to 1 to improve consumers and non-consumers' consumption experience and motivation, in alignment with creators' events.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Experience in user operation in IT or social media companies and cross-functional cooperation with overseas colleagues.
2. Data-driven and logical thinking. Deep understanding of Japanese users' consumption behaviors, able to analyze users' life cycle based on internal data, and translate data into user behavior.
3. Understand how to motivate users by utilizing operational resources and product features; curiosity of gameplay designing is a plus.
4. Business level of English and Japanese
Preferred skills/experience
- Experience in the LIVE streaming industry
- Mandarin proficient to communicate with Chinese speaking external stakeholders
