About the team
The user growth team is a multiple functional and regional team and we take responsibility for driving user growth by including but not limited to product, marketing, and partnership approaches, not only focusing on new user acquisition but also focusing on users' retention.
1. Analyzing key issues in the algorithm chain: Have an in-depth understanding of the user growth business, work closely with algorithm colleagues in user acquisition, user activation, etc., put forward optimization suggestions, and provide insights for algorithm-driven short video business growth;
2. Constructing the recommendation indicator system: Driven by goals, formulate growth recommendation indicator system, set effective ultimate indicators and intermediate indicators, and drive the effective implementation of algorithm work and achieve benefits;
3. Strategy analysis and optimization: Use methods such as statistical analysis and machine learning to mine user behavior signals and provide effective data clues. Through A/B experimental design and analysis, put forward effective optimization suggestions for the iteration of recommendation strategies and formulate scientific indicator evaluation methods.
Qualifications
1. Majors in computer science, statistics, and mathematics are preferred.;
2. 2+ years of data analysis work experience, with relevant work experience in data analysis, data mining, and data modeling are preferred. Candidates with relevant work experience in content recommendation algorithms are preferred;
3. Proficient in SQL and familiar with one or more tools in Python/R;
4. Strong business understanding ability, able to transform business scenarios into a quantitative analysis framework, and finally influence final product decisions;
5. Have a strong sense of curiosity, be passionate about challenges, and be good at discovering problems through data mining.
