The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.
TikTok LIVE's Family Program Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the ""Mi Familia, Mi Gente"" program, a key initiative designed to empower Latin creators on TikTok LIVE. This program leverages the unique, collaborative nature of Latin creator communities, known as ""families,"" to provide a supportive environment where Family Leaders mentor newer creators, share best practices, and help them thrive on the platform.In this role, you will focus on sourcing and acquiring top Family Leaders, who play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding their communities to success. You'll work to develop and scale initiatives that drive creator engagement, foster skill development, and enhance the overall creator experience. This includes designing and executing bonus campaigns and activations that incentivize Family Leaders, improving content quality and monetization strategies, and creating a sense of community among family members.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of the LIVE Streaming creator ecosystem and competitive landscape. Understand the best practices to grow creators at different stages and content verticals and key challenges need to be tackled.
- Source, acquire and onboard top creators through developing customized/personalized approaches
- Identify high potential and top creators through systematic operational approach and develop targeted growth coaching and support (stream shadow, daily check-in/feedback, exposure opportunities etc.), build trust and help them achieve impactful improvement in overall content quality, revenue, viewership and followership
- Drive scaled creator management planning and executions to help individual creator roster to achieve overall incremental growth through group email and discord etc.
- Initiate monthly targeted campaign/challenges/incentive mechanisms in collaboration with COE (Center of Excellence) and Campaign/Content team, with clear creator growth goal setting, process and results tracking
- Participate in the weekly creator progress data review and reporting within respective creator tier management teams, derive strong insights from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives, develop action plans and follow-through
- Lead the optimization of existing creator operations SOP for Family Program and propose new operational plans targeting emergent pain points and inefficiencies.
- Grow families and family leaders into breakout levels, exceptional in either revenue or great content with high followers and high stream hours, to evangelize LIVE and influence the ecosystem
- Drive monthly showcase creator content example collection process and summary, integrating into creator growth playbooks to inspire content creation in collaboration with COE.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in creator management and sales operations at a high growth consumer technology company (or similar)
- Experienced communicator in negotiation and deal making
- Good understanding of the intricacies of 1 to 1 and 1 to many creator management relationships, and able to strategize between the two.
- Strategic thinker with ability to identify and categorize problems, develop structured solution approaches with clear priorities.
- Passionate and driven doer who leans to creators and to day to day operations, can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.
- Strong in business data review, dashboard reading and able to drive quantitative and qualitative insights with critical root-cause analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish, enabling effective collaboration with Spanish-speaking global clients to effectively communicate, improve client satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $67724 - $129199 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
