About the team
Lead business development efforts for TikTok and other ByteDance global products in the U.S. market, including influencer marketing, innovative promotional campaigns, and creative asset procurement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, expanding influencer and agency partnerships, handling negotiations, contract execution, and payment processes.

- Collaborate with a variety of external partners and channels in the U.S. and Europe, including influencer agencies, affiliate marketing networks, community-based marketing, creative production vendors, and cross-brand collaborations.
- Evaluate and map agency capabilities, set performance goals aligned with business objectives, and manage daily/weekly execution. Continuously optimize delivery quality and service levels through supplier performance assessments.

- Conduct regular research and analysis on market trends, competitive strategies, and user growth practices; deliver actionable insights in the form of structured reports.
- Apply data-driven logic to all business development efforts, ensuring measurable results across project management, tracking, and retrospective analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or business development, particularly in influencer marketing. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in overseas user acquisition, startup environments, or influencer/marketing agencies in the U.S.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. and European digital markets, with proven experience working with local agencies, platforms, or marketing channels. Familiarity with internet trends and strong sensitivity to market dynamics and performance data is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and external partnerships effectively.
- Strong execution and organizational abilities, with the flexibility to work across different time zones and under pressure.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100000 - $180000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
