Responsibilities
- Research, design and execute end-to-end plans/campaigns/events that promote the positive impact of the product
- Work with internal stakeholders across Marketing, PR, GR, Legal (at varied levels of seniority) to drive plans on creator and product promotions/pitches etc
- Research and analyze environmental risk factors for the live-streaming business
- Analyze and promote the department's work, successes, best practices, and key learnings to internal and external audiences through case studies and event participation

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above with 5+ years of work experience in tech product or reputation marketing and operations; preference for experience in project implementation/execution
- Based in Los Angeles, with the opportunity to travel when the role requires
- Understanding of key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects to serve those core business priorities.
- Organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other stakeholder teams as well as senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, where organizational goals will evolve along with the pace of the business
- Experience with crisis management
- Work in partnership effectively with people from different disciplines and cultures

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $104711 - $192533 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
