Team Introduction
TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading local product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. A truly collaborative team, PSO works closely with Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Global Business Marketing and many more teams. Our team is agile and curious, and the place to be for problem-solvers and strategic thinkers who are not afraid to get their hands dirty.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Internal Tools and Systems PM organisation to digitise Regional Product Go to Market Processes to accelerate Product led revenue growth

- Work on Global Market Wide PMM Processes for advertising products to enable their standardisation such that they can be automated and be more efficient
- End to end leadership and execution, when needed for Product Strategy related projects
- Oversee the development and execution of multi geography programs, initiatives and sales enablement activities to increase adoption of these tools and processes
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, product management, digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on performance/direct response marketing and app marketing
- Strong leadership skills, whether with direct team or indirectly with cross-functional teams
Ability to motivate a team and drive outcomes, unblocking issues where needed
- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams
- Ability to set priorities, problem solve, and multi-task
- Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
- A commercial and data-driven mindset, with ability to use data in storytelling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Masters degree or above
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess a strong knowledge of trends in the Digital Marketing & Media in Product management / Consulting experience
- Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical skills
- Experience leading a team and as a people manager
