We are looking for talented individuals to join us for our Intern program in 2025. The intern program at TikTok aims to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
- Create insightful reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales metrics and recommend best practices
- Conduct research and market sizing of industries deriving actionable recommendation
- Support conceptualizing and implementing regional projects to increase operational efficiency
- Help removing operational blockers by collaborating with sales reps
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above. Applicants must be enrolled in their studies for the entire internship duration.
- Start in June 2025. Flexibility to accommodate a late June/early July start date if it coincides with exam schedules.
- The duration is six months.
- Must complete the internship in Berlin, including in-office attendance.
- Strong sense of responsibility and innovation, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Good team communication skills and project promotion capabilities.
- Comfort with ambiguity, ability to thrive in a cross-cultural environment, and a fast learner.
- Fluent in English and German to support ongoing collaboration and communication.
Preferred requirements:
- Relevant internship experience in internet product positions is preferred.
- Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop pragmatic stakeholder solutions.
- Candidates who are available to work full-time not only during the summer but also for the remainder of the internship, pending necessary compliance checks, are preferred.
