Join our TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team as we shape the future of social commerce. The TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team is in charge of managing Partner - agencies who service merchants and are responsible for partners' performance.
We are looking for a graduate hire to join the team and support to onboard, incubate and support Partners. As the TSP Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and driving the TSP ecosystem.
The role of TSP Account Manager is to expand and drive the TSP ecoystem through business development, training and project management.
This position sits cross-functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support in matchmaking TSP's with merchants on the platform.
This candidate will take part in onboarding and education of partners, from smaller TikTok savvy agencies to 'big six' media companies. You will become an expert on social commerce to support our partners and help them to onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform.
The position requires data analysis of various metrics, from livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on the platform.
Responsibilities :
- Assume a role of a strategy business partner (BP) for the TikTok ecommerce business teams, leveraging data-driven insights to shape strategic agenda of business teams and fuel business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term strategic plans and drive high impact projects across GMV, merchant, content, and other key metrics. Provide solid support for business growth through partnering with other business teams on high priority topics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of ecommerce business, including traffic efficiency, user behavior, merchant operation, etc.
- Synthesize internal and external research to formulate data-driven near-/medium-/long-term business recommendations, ensuring a forward-thinking and adaptive approach. Leverage both internal and external/syndicated data to perform in-depth internal and market analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement through targeted initiatives that address specific challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or above in 2023 or onwards.
- Available to start in May 2025.
- Experience in partnership development and account management, building trusted relationships with platform partners.
- Data driven; an analytical thinker experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Have a strategic mindset and high curiosity to deeply understand the inner workings of social commerce
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Self-starter, rapid learner and able to navigate fast-paced work environments and to thrive
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising work based on the needs of the business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in account management within tech companies, commerce platforms, or agencies is preferred.
- Established network within agency contacts across creative, social, production, or influencer agencies.
- Creative thinker with a knack for devising innovative strategies.
