Governance and Experience (GNE) Team is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. The Service and Support Center Team under GNE is a team to focus on the service and support fulfillment for all TikTok Shop users, enhance their experience and facilitate their shopping and business operations capability on our platform. We are looking for a highly motivated Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst to join our team and help optimize resource planning, forecasting, and real-time operations management across our global sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in capacity planning, data analysis, and strategic workforce optimization while working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:
- Work with global teams to plan and execute workforce strategies for customer support operations
- Analyze business trends to forecast staffing needs, optimize scheduling, and improve service levels
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., operations, product, and data teams) to ensure smooth workforce planning
- Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to maintain operational efficiency
- Leverage data and technology to enhance workforce management processes and decision-making
- Support system and tool improvements to streamline forecasting, scheduling, and reporting
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-comfortable working with data to drive decisions
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas); SQL or WFM tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce or marketplace platforms
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143555 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
