Responsibilities
The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide bottom up input and align campaign P0 target with all 6 SEA countries and other stakeholders
- Break down target into actionable and quantifiable metrics for each country and initiatives

+ Identify gaps between future potential and current situation and required actions to achieve future potential or target
+ Develop achievable and ambitious target metrics for each initiative and each country
- Review key initiative achievements for each campaign
+ Identify high level rooms of improvements for each initiatives
+ Drive review collaboration with relevant stakeholders
+ Understand challenges and issues happening on the operational level
+ Communicate to related related stakeholders on all improvements needed in each campaign initiative
- Make sure that all initiatives possess the necessary infrastructure to achieve their objectives
+ Identify pain points of each initiative through maintaining timely feedback management from both country and regional team
+ Develop a high level idea of required infrastructure to answer those pain points
+ Work with necessary related stakeholders to make sure that improvement points can be made
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations or other relevant / quantitative disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy or strategy role within a fast-paced technology company, preferably e-commerce
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and synthesize findings into structured communication documents.
- Advanced analytical skills; ability to gather data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis and modeling, create reports and influence decision making. Advanced spreadsheet skills needed for the role
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to manage and work together with multiple stakeholders, both from strategy and operational side .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong influencing skills needed for the role
Preferred Qualifications:
- E-commerce and/or strategy consulting experience is preferred
- Knowledge of SQL is highly preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, multitask, adapting to changing priorities. Results and detail oriented, with strong commercial / business acumen
- Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
