Responsibilities
The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, strategise and execute social and content marketing strategies for TikTok Shop , including but not limited to: ideating, planning, and owning content, as well as creating an integrated approach to develop various content marketing formats across channels;

- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as seller, merchant, and creator management team to identify marketing needs of each campaign and develop effective and creative marketing plans accordingly;
- Define the benchmark setting of E-commerce market campaigns, establishing clear metrics to measure performance in customer awareness, new user acquisition, and customer experience;
- Lead efforts to analyze, report and recommend improvements to marketing strategy and implementation to continuously optimize marketing campaign performance and internal collaboration process;
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above with 3-5 years of experience in Internet companies, brand companies, or agencies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. English proficiency.
- Excellent marketing planning and digital media skills with innovative spirit, great logical thinking ability; and had the experience of owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
- Familiar with different online marketing channels and is aware of interactive products such as TikTok and instagram, open to explore and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to marketing hotspot
- Proficient in using analytics tools, ad platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with budget management and forecasting
