Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behaviour and data performance, continuously driving L3 Auto Pilot Service capabilities improvement that aligns with region-specific market trends and challenges.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify capability gaps that need to be addressed across the end-to-end L3 operation process.
- Collaborate with algorithm and product teams to follow up on the progress of improvement needed for LLM model and operation management platform to ensure timely launch, tailored to the diverse markets within the region.
- Participate in developing and maintaining scenario-based L3 service solutions, including policy, SOP, and prompt engineering that are required for implementation
- Oversee L3 Auto Pilot performance and metrics, delivering analysis report to drive continuous improvement of the efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1-3 years of eCommerce automation-related intern/working experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis, communication skills, driving for results, and managing changes.
- Good at problem-solving, working in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and multitasking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications or advanced degrees related to LLM or relevant fields.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style.
- Flexibility in cross-time zone and regional cooperation.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $77968 - $101333 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
