Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager plays a key leadership role in execution portfolio management for the listing and compliance domain, which includes e-commerce compliance, sustainability compliance, supply chain compliance, listing governance and product safety. You will be driving complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance TikTok Shop's governance and customer experience (GNE). In this role, you will report to the EMEA head of listings and compliance, take ownership of multiple high-priority projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals, timely execution, and measurable impact. You will also be the primary point of contact for all business requirement documents, product requests and refinements to Algo. The ideal candidate combines expertise in project management methodologies with exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex projects that align with business priorities and drive organizational success.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Strategic Planning: Define project scopes, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategies.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, developing actionable mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and workflows.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring project teams are supported to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes.
Mentorship and Guidance: Provide coaching and mentorship to junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience leading multiple, complex projects with significant cross-functional impact.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Prince2 or hybrid approaches.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage ambiguity.
Advanced organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively and convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline.
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner).
Experience in project and/or product management in e-commerce or other fast-paced, highly dynamic industry
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
