We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the merchant partnership and experience end-to-end, including continuous merchant development.
- Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.
- Be an expert in TikTok commerce operations, identify opportunities for merchants.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team, empowering and coaching team members.
- Focusing on the proper SOP mechanics initiation and implementing appropriate incubation strategy to uplift core competency of each seller's tier i.e., GMV, ADO, Operation excellence, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- 2-5 years of experience in incubation, category account management
- Strong understanding of platform mechanics, policy, social media, e-commerce, live streaming, digital trends landscape, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Great interpersonal skill.
- Proficient in English and native Thai.
- Ownership, hands-on, adaptive, detail-oriented, and aim for the highest standard.
Preferred qualification:
- Experienced in new business unit setting, SOP development, execution, and measurement.
- Relationship with brands in Thailand.
