About the team:
The Seller Growth team manages the day-to-day journey of new sellers on TikTok Shop, including education, incubation, analytics and strategy.
As an integral part of the team you'll take ownership of designing work streams thus empowering our sellers to scale their business. You will be expected to independently manage projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Independently launch and manage diverse growth initiatives for seller incubation.
- Monitor growth metrics, identify trends and performance gaps.
- Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and develop suitable scalable solutions.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams such as Creator, Affiliate, Product, Campaign and other teams.

- Launch and manage projects to improve sellers' content quality.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in operations, Program management, and/or Project Management
- Passion for social e-commerce and up-to-date with the trends.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup/s and/or experience working in e-commerce
- Strong data skills with experience in Excel/Sheets
- Quick learner, proactive, and resilient, with ability to operate under pressure
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content creation and/or working with creators
- Experience working in fast-paced startup/s
- Experience working in e-commerce
- Experience with SQL and/or Python
