About the team
The Seller Growth Operations team at TikTok helps build with day-to-day operations for Merchants and Sellers on the TikTok Shop platform. We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, acquisition, incubation, analytics, and strategy for all Merchants and Sellers. This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights to shape the future of TikTok's Seller Growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of increasing the number of both sellers with sales and merchants in TikTok Shop, formulating the seller's life cycle incubation strategy and supporting them to succeed in the 0-1 period.
- Identify growth opportunities to improve the business for mass sellers through scalable solutions and managing the roll-out of these solutions, such as video/LIVE challenges, life cycle email campaigns, seller missions and incubation programs etc.
- Conduct deep dives to understand seller segments and the root causes of issues that affect sellers' business performance via data analysis, interviewing and the surveying of merchants to inform inputs into product development and process improvement.
- Accumulate and share learnings to drive best practice with internal and external teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 3+ years experience in mass seller incubation and strong skill in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of the US e-commerce landscape or consumer demands or digital evolution and mobile transformation or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with live streaming tools or platforms.
- Experience with Creator tools or platforms.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $191330 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
