In this role, you will be responsible for delivering impact on seller growth by empowering them through knowledge transfer, training, and progress tracking, as well as collaborating with various cross-functional teams to help improve sellers growth.

Responsibilities:
- Merchant Ecosystem Management: Led the growth of e-commerce video and live-streaming metrics by designing and implementing cold-start programs and commercial policies, ensuring a sustainable supply of merchants on the platform.
- Seller Growth and Incubation: Analyze segmented seller data, conduct in-depth assessments of product and content supply, and identify key growth drivers for merchants.
- Merchant Supply Strategy: Perform detailed qualitative and quantitative research on market supply, platform positioning, seller funnel, and industry trends to develop a comprehensive merchant supply strategy, including segmentation and root-cause analysis of fluctuations.
- Program Efficiency: Oversee budget management and control, while measuring the effectiveness of programs against deliverables.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in tools, products, and SOPs. Proactively leverage platform features to enhance program deployment and efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in seller management, relevant experience in defining categories and seller segmentation, seller acquisition incentives, seller incubation mechanism, seller growth...
Preferred qualifications:
- Have certain data analysis capabilities, structured thinking, idea-driven, and goal-result-oriented
- Good presentation skills, logical thinking, and strategic mindset
- Strong understanding of influencers, social media, e-commerce, live streaming, and digital trends landscape
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in English
