Responsibilities
Community:
- Exploring and supporting potential sellers from public ecommerce communities or social media groups, engaging them in TikTok seller community group with related engagement activities.
- Managing merchandise and gifts for internal and external activities.
Others:
- Supervise & capture department reports.
- Data processing to collect insights for seller engagement on social media and other channels.
- Research the activities of any eCommerce Platform to get useful insight for the purpose.
- Other obligations and duties which are assigned by the team
Education:
- Support the team to monitor offline education activities.
- Support engagement activities for boosting webinar attendance rate.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student who is able to work full-time for at least 6 months.
- Experience in using basic video creation & design software such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration, Cap cut.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, eager to learn, hard-working & proactive attitude.
- Open-minded attitude, efficient and enjoying a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in problem-solving and time management, can work under pressure.
- Comfortable working with data.
