Service Support Centre (SSC) is part of the GNE organization, which delivers Customer Service to our Sellers and creators. The Selling Partner Growth (SPG) team is looking for a Program Manager to drive effective project implementation.
- Manage regional key projects and drive effective project implementation.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration across functions globally, and other regions as required by projects, collect cross-team requirements, develop key collaboration processes and ensure processes are well guided for organizational efficiency improvement.

- Responsible for key meetings and key reports to ensure the organization's external caliber is consistent and the organization's internal information is transparently understood and pulled together.
- Communicate with leadership status, risks, recommendations with regular cadence ensuring robust insightful decision-making.
- Collaborate with program teams and stakeholders to identify, evaluate and address risks, opportunities and dependencies across programs.
- Support and represent senior leadership in cross-functional engagement by creating context, consolidating alignment by proactively sharing and presenting data with the wider business.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of project management experience in the service and experience industry, preferably in an eCommerce or high growth environment.
- Good critical and logical thinking. Able to manage different types of projects through comprehensive planning, risk identifying, problem solving and SOP establishment.
- Adaptable, fast learner and highly motivated with experience in operations and management.
- Experience in building a project from scratch to finish is preferred; Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work style, complemented by international work and study experience.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143555 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
