Responsibilities
The Product Marketing Team drives end-to-end product marketing, covering the entire product lifecycle-from ideation and go-to-market strategy to launch and post-launch growth. As a function that sits at the intersection of customer, product, and market, Product Marketing (PMM) plays a pivotal role in shaping how our products are positioned, communicated, and adopted. We are responsible for naming, messaging, and positioning products, leading the strategy and execution of go-to-market plans, conducting market research and competitive analysis, enabling operations teams to drive adoption, and ensuring ongoing promotion to achieve key business outcomes.
This role will be responsible for leading & managing the platform's initiatives in the respective product domains.

The scope will encompass evaluating proposals from project owners, setting performance standards, and working with the owners to ensure that business initiatives meet business objectives.
A suitable candidate will need to be able to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders, lead initiatives and ROI discussions with team members, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
Scope Of Responsibilities:
- Organize with VN operations teams to understand their product needs & and closely coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth activities.
- Collaborate with our teams in Southeast Asia to conduct external analysis on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positions (e.g. market segmentation and opportunity sizing) to derive findings and recommendations.
- Evaluate the performance of different product features of the platform, & assess proposals & initiatives of project owners and category managers.
- Manage project planning, reporting, and promotion. This includes but is not limited to promoting projects, monitoring project progress, managing targets and budgets, controlling budget progress, and reviewing project results. Projects are subject to business requirements.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to promote the optimization of governance, strategy, data, and product teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in business and/or marketing-related fields
- E-commerce experience with understanding of performance metrics, and industry insights
- Possess knowledge of product functionality & commercial operations
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem-solving skills, and data-driven thinking with the capability of distilling information for insights & actions, expert in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Having project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience in driving complex, cross-functional collaborations, is strongly preferred.
- Eager to learn and always up for taking on new challenges. Experience in fast-changing working environments is strongly preferred.
- Open to flexible working arrangements outside of regular working hours per business requirements, and open to business travel.
