About the Team

In order to effectively and efficiently grow the number of sellers on TikTok Shop, our Seller Acquisition Product team provides a wide range of product/service capabilities to empower identify and convert new leads for our account managers and business development teams.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap, strategy and feature development for our lead generation and demand generation platforms. This Product Manager will be responsible for collaborating with various internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering to understand customer needs and business goals to shape the future of our platform.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Demand Generation: Design and manage products that generate and nurture high-quality leads for e-commerce sellers, with a strong focus on lead data product development.
- Lead Growth Product Development: Build and optimize lead growth products, overseeing data ingestion, integration, enrichment, and quality improvement to create a robust and actionable lead pipeline.
- Seller Acquisition Funnel Optimization: Apply deep expertise in the e-commerce seller acquisition funnel to enhance every stage-from lead capture to conversion-using inbound and outbound B2B growth marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and data teams to align product initiatives with business objectives and deliver seamless execution.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and monitor KPIs to measure lead generation and conversion success, iterating on products based on actionable insights.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical product management experience, including at least 3 years in e-commerce seller lead or demand generation product management.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies for managing and enhancing lead data (e.g., CRM systems, data pipelines).
- Strong familiarity with product suites and strategies for inbound (e.g., SEO, content marketing) and outbound (e.g., email campaigns, targeted ads) B2B growth marketing.
- Proven success in developing lead data products that drive seller acquisition or similar outcomes.
- Experience in Lead/Demand Generation and Lead Growth products.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
