Responsibilities
The User Growth team is responsible for the growth of TikTok Shop products. We help tailor growth plans for products and use a variety of marketing, product, and data analysis methods to achieve business growth goals. Joining the UG team, you can be responsible for the growth of products with hundreds of millions of users and master the industry's advanced and first-hand growth practices.
- Lead user growth for TikTok Shop in the U.S. market, with a focus on lifecycle management and subsidy efficiency.
- Leverage data insights and ABtest to develop high-impact subsidy and traffic acquisition strategies aimed at maximizing ROI.
- Formulate co-funding mechanisms and collaborate with XFN teams to execute initiatives such as seller acquisition, engagement, and seller center optimization, aimed at enhancing seller retention and income.

- Continuously deepen understanding of the U.S. market, closely collaborating with XFN teams such as merchandise supply, product, and algorithm teams to drive solution implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in User Growth related Product roles
- Expertise and direct experience formulating growth strategies or product iteration by integrating data and user insights, and demonstrating a strong understanding of the user shopping decision-making process
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure, adapt quickly to change, and open to international travel.
- Written & verbal fluency in English is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Content E-Commerce, overseas products, or logistics operations is preferred
- International educational or working backgrounds are preferred
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $275880 - $585200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
