The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth can not be underestimated. TikTok Commerce re-imagines global commerce with rich content and endless joy.
We are looking for energetic operations managers to join our TikTok Merchandise Shopping team. This team is responsible for creating the strategy, roadmap, and products for all of our pricing needs on TikTok Shop. As an operations manager for this team, you are responsible for developing pricing and go-to-market strategies based on platform product capabilities and business requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze competitors and platform rules, assess product supply, and develop pricing strategies aligned with platform requirements.
- Develop a project roadmap and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, ensuring rule implementation and participating in solution development across domains.
- Enhance accuracy in price comparisons, establish SOP for resource allocation, and improve efficiency.
- Deeply understand search and recommendation mechanisms, collaborate on building a pricing guarantee mechanism.
- Collaborate with industry operations to improve merchant awareness and pricing methods based on competitor and consumer insights.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in eCommerce Ops management, seller products or merchandise operations or strategic consulting preferred, MBA is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking and strategic analytical abilities. You should be adept at utilizing data for decision-making, capable of sourcing data independently or in collaboration with others.
- Agility and flexibility, along with strong project management skills. Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and delivering results in an agile environment.
- Profound user understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to navigate complex work environments and tasks.
- Possess an owner's mindset and a results-oriented approach. You should be able to delve into core issues, set deadlines, collaborate with teams, and deliver solutions.
- Curiosity-driven, enjoy thinking and learning, adept at motivating others, and possess a self-driven attitude.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $232644 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
