- Leverage internal and external data, combined with joint research, to conduct in-depth operational and business analysis. Develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term data-driven business strategies to drive sustainable business growth.

- Establish a partner operations management system that integrates identity, business functions, data, and tier-based benefits into a unified management framework, while ensuring continuous optimization.
- Design and optimize incentive policies and partner tasks around core business objectives to drive growth of key business metrics and ensure the achievement of quarterly growth targets.
- Support the team in addressing high-priority business operations topics by breaking down GMV goals into demand-side and supply-side driving factors, clarifying growth paths, and achieving precise improvements.
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, strategically improve overall operational efficiency through optimized business decisions and process changes. Address critical business challenges with targeted projects to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree Required
- Extensive work experience required -- expert in the field
- 3+ years of related experience with strong knowledge and experience of cross-border E-commerce, Influencer Marketing, creator Operation industry.
- Experience in data-driven and highly analytical roles
- Comfortable with international business travel request
- Experience developing effective instructions, decks, and standard operating procedures to support agency programming operations
- Good team player, fast learner, open to changes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly sensitive to numbers, with strong analytical and logical decomposition abilities, able to proactively discover finer granularity issues
- Experience in business analysis/resource management with pan-transactional platforms (such as B2C e-commerce, local life services, etc.). Experience in cross-border e-commerce or content-based e-commerce analysis is a plus
- Strong stress resistance, strong communication skills, sense of purpose, 0-1 work attitude and subjective initiative
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $167960 - $334400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
