About the Team
E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team striving to achieve full satisfaction from customers, promoting a sustainable and risk-free sales environment, and providing the perfect purchase experience. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop. SMT is looking for a Regional Training Leader who will be leading the regional training Team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a high performing team of Training Program Managers across multiple countries in SEA.
- Take ownership of all training operations within SEA, overseeing day-to-day activities and strategic planning across all markets.
- Collaborate with leadership counterparts in different regions to promote global best practices.
- Establish and standardize new training mechanisms and processes for the E-commerce moderation team across SEA.
- Design and supervise training programs specific to the moderation knowledge requirements of various cross-functional teams within SEA.
- Work collaboratively with SEA SOP teams to produce the training materials and deliver training for moderators and relative parties.
- Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.
- Collaborate closely with GNE Moderation Leads and other TikTok Shop functions to ensure market moderation aligns with objectives and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, project management or policy related fields.
- 3+ years working experience in training position role in a major technology or social media company.
- Track record of launching and delivering moderation training improvements across multilingual markets working with cross-function partners.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work in a fast and evolving environment with high attention to details.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration or policy related fields.
- Extensive knowledge of policy and moderation landscape.
- Familiar with e-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness.
- Experience in E-Commerce or marketplace platforms.
- Experience managing large-scale operations spanning multiple domains and business units.
- Able to effectively engage with leadership, facilitate discussions about complex topics, influence, and reach agreements.
- Able to think outside the box to identify issues and work to resolve them in partnership with business leaders, but also brings ideas to innovate in our day-to-day operations.
