About the Team and Role:
Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. The Moderation Team is part of the GNE organization. We are seeking an E-commerce Moderation Large Model Prompt Operations Specialist responsible for translating review rules into effective prompts, promoting the application and optimization of large models in content review, and ensuring platform content safety and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Translate e-commerce moderation policy into executable prompt designs to ensure the efficient application of large models in content review. Continuously optimize prompt through data analysis and model feedback to enhance automated moderation precision.

- Promote the launch of closed-loop automated moderation strategies to optimize moderation efficiency and accuracy. Monitor strategy execution effects and promptly adjust prompt to respond to business changes.
- Implement existing solutions for dedicated business areas to ensure the effectiveness of large models in specific business scenarios. Independently manage core metrics of vertical businesses, ensuring continuous optimization of content moderation strategies and achievement of business objectives.
- Work closely with policy, product, R&D, and Algo ect. teams to ensure prompt designs comply with policy requirements and are operational. Promote the application of large models in more business scenarios through cross-department collaboration.
- Drive decision-making through data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Python), regularly produce operational reports, analyze strategy effects, and propose improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Data Analyst, Business Analyst or related fields.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce, content review, natural language processing (NLP), or large model prompt design.
- Strong logical thinking skills, capable of translating review rules into technical solutions.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Python), able to drive decision-making through data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interest in the field of large language models, willing to actively explore areas such as large language models/AIGC, or familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) technology, understanding the basic principles and application scenarios of large models (such as GPT, BERT).
- Experience in e-commerce platform operations, content review or AI model applications is preferred.
- Strong innovative spirit, able to propose novel solutions and drive implementation.
- Good project management skills, able to adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with compliance, product, technical, and data teams.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English to facilitate the calibration between global teams.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $160444 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
