Responsibilities
TikTok E-Commerce Creator Growth and Development Team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scaleable way to create E-Commerce content in TikTok.
This role acts as Strategic Partner helping business teams define strategic priorities and optimize operational efficiency to deliver business growth and balance ROI, focusing on Multi-channel network (MCN):
- Responsible for creator/KOL/celebrities/MCN partner data analysis to deeply understand business logics, conduct agile and effective assessment business performance, and give valuable suggestions to business teams to deliver recommendations to accelerate business growth or efficiency improvements
- Conduct market analysis of creators/KOLs/celebrities/MCN partners/entertainment industries, understand competitors and find growth points, and formulate related operation strategies

- Design policy supporting strategic priorities and collaborate with other business/ functional team to manage implementation of strategy and policy
- Optimize creator/MCN partner's evaluation model, build and monitor key indexes based on business focus, and provide data-driven insights to boost overall performance.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to drive the optimization of governance, strategy, data and product of the platform
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, E-commerce, Finance or Business-related majors, a strong capability of data analytics and analytical tools is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, consulting or creator operation related field
- Have a deep understanding of the industry's business structure, consumer demand, digitalization and mobile Internet, have a good understanding of social e-commerce, content marketing, celebrity e-commerce, and have practical experience
- Proficient in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good judgment and independent thinking with strategic business sensitivity, excellent communication and external cooperation ability, ensure rapid learning, adapt to changes, result and goal orientation
- Candidates should be comfortable analyzing data and producing sophisticated strategies and analyses for various audiences. They should be comfortable composing research memos and internal presentations to secure internal buy-in for strategic and programming decisions
