About the team

The Seller Growth Operations team at TikTok helps build with day-to-day operations for Merchants and Sellers on the TikTok Shop platform. We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, acquisition, incubation, analytics, and strategy for all Merchants and Sellers. This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights to shape the future of TikTok's Seller Growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute mass seller acquisition strategies to meet growth targets.
- Partner with the product team to enhance acquisition tools and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
- Manage and optimize outreach operations, including campaign deployment, product entry point content, and paid ad performance.
- Analyze acquisition funnel metrics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 3+ years experience in mass account management or mass seller incubation.
- Experience in B2B or e-commerce seller marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis using BI tools or SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with a specific e-commerce category (beauty, fashion, etc).
- Familiarity with SEM/SEO is a plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $191330 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
