About the team
We're looking for a highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join our US Product Marketing team at TikTok Shop. This position will report to the head of partner product marketing, and will play a critical role in driving awareness, penetration, and adoption for all of our products, features, and policies for our entire customer base (sellers, creators, shoppers, and partners).
This is a hands-on role that will immerse you in the fast-paced world of Discovery eCommerce marketing. You will create and deploy marketing campaigns that span outbound marketing (emails, push notifications) and in-product marketing (banners, pop-ups, notifications). Your work will support key initiatives, including go-to-market (GTM) strategies and ongoing product adoption campaigns, directly contributing to TikTok Shop's success. You will also work cross-functionally with key product and business teams to optimize our marketing products, and raise the bar on our overall marketing performance.
This role:
- Collaborate with product marketing managers to execute outbound and in-product marketing campaigns that drive product penetration and adoption.
- Create and deploy marketing materials, including emails, push notifications, banners, and in-app notifications.
- Work with data science to build and segment audiences, ensuring the right message reaches the right people.
- Use TikTok's marketing platforms and tools to manage campaigns and track performance.
- Conduct experiments to understand and implement best practices, by marketing vehicle.
- Support GTM initiatives and product adoption campaigns across the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
- Maintain high attention to detail and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
About You:
- You're a marketing professional with experience in direct marketing, marketing operations, eCommerce, or a related field, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to juggle competing priorities effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and excited to learn from a variety of marketing disciplines.
- Interest in building hands-on expertise in data-driven marketing and content deployment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing experience (especially working with marketing platforms such as Marketing Cloud, Responsys, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in audience segmentation, campaign management, and data science collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry knowledge of eCommerce.
- Previous marketing asset design experience.
- B2B marketing experience.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $98040 - $171422 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
