Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing creators to achieve higher e-commerce performance including GMV, diligence, etc...
- Collecting creators' and sellers' insights to form creator solutions for both sides' benefits and development.
- Closely tracking local industry trends and insights to initiate or adopt events for higher attention and GMV conversion.
- Integrate cross-function team's resources to serve creator developing goals.
- Co-working with teammates to acquire and incubate more potential category creators.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in work experience as a creator manager or content platform operator.
- 2+ years working in a specific industry including Fashion/Health beauty & Personal care/Electronics/Grocery/Home & Living.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with good written and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
- Result-driven, data-driven, good communication skills, open-minded, self-motivated.
