About the team
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our Europe Logistics team, responsible for the overall logistics operations and performance in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the logistics operation in Germany, including (but not limited to) courier delivery, fulfillment warehouse, reverse logistics, import clearance and reverse warehouse;
- Responsible for end-to-end logistics performance from paid until delivered in different logistics modes;
- Building and managing key strategic relationships with Key Business Partners, 3PLs, and Logistics Providers;
- As the owner of SOP, responsible for operation performance indicator (KPI), deep the root cause of issues, feedback on the expected solution, and business impact to the solution, provide short-term solution/support to the business before long fixing is in place, drive the result until change deployment;

- Conduct market and industry research, develop operation plans to address issues;
- Manage day-to-day operations, track record of high performance, and team improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with a degree in engineering, science, supply chain, or operation management;
- People management experience in platform logistics, with experience in eCommerce companies is a plus;
- Solid understanding of logistics ecosystem, with working experience and relationship in 3PL management, and familiar with couriers;
- Excellent understanding of any segment of logistics operation, including (but not included) data integration, first-mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return process, import clearance, etc.
- Solid understanding of logistics marketplace operation, governance policy and user growth;
- Excellent leadership skills, and experience in team setup and management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid experience designing and improving logistics experience metrics (volume, breach rate, cost, CR, NPS)
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle: Proven background and skillset to influence product development teams;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- A proactive, self-motivated, and customer-centric attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- German language skill is a plus.
