About The team
We are a team of problem solvers that strives to make an impact. The Operation Manager will be responsible for tracking cost metrics across the delivery business and implementing operational excellence initiatives to improve service level agreements (SLAs) and reduce costs. This role requires working closely with the operations team to drive changes and ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Track cost metrics across delivery businesses (conventional and on demand)
- Analyze cost data and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to improve SLA and reduce cost
- Drive special projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Provide regular reports and updates on cost tracking and operational excellence initiatives
- Support the business in making data-driven decisions
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in operations field & excellence topics from Express Logistics Companies
- Strong in problem solving skills and independent in driving initiatives from ideation to completion
- Strong personal skills. Willing to work closely with the operations team to execute changes
- Good Communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Consulting background is a plus
- Mandarin speaking is a plus ( Nature of work to communicate with cross-border functions which requires to speak in mandarin)
- Graduated from top universities in Indonesia/World
