About The team
Delivery team serves as a vital force of delivery operations in Tiktokshop. - We are a team of problem solvers that strives to make an impact. The Head of Delivery Operations will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all delivery operations within the organization. This role involves leading a team, optimizing processes, managing resources, ensuring timely and cost-efficient deliveries, and maintaining high service quality standards. The Head of Delivery Operations will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, drive innovation, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to optimize delivery, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service.
- Lead and manage the delivery team, driving continuous improvement and aligning efforts with company goals.
- Set performance targets and track team efficiency to meet operational goals.
- Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure timely and quality service.
- Monitor and improve delivery routes, processes, and technology to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Manage logistics, transportation, and fleet operations to make effective use of resources.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in the delivery process, and implement corrective actions.
- Use data insights to optimize decision-making, delivery routes, and resource allocation while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting budget goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and complex delivery networks.
- Strong knowledge of delivery management software, logistics systems, and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.

Preferred Qualification:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on process optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus due to the nature of work to manage the suppliers
